DefinitionThis listing is eligible for a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loan as long as some conditions are met. Conditionally Approved is selected when the eligibility has been approved with conditions. FHA eligibility is a presale condition based on a government eligibility standard rather than what the seller will accept as part of the listing terms.
