DD 2.1 Changes (2025–2026)

  • Renamed 12 unit fields from plural to singular (e.g., AirRightsUnits → AirRightsUnit)
  • Changed LookupStatus from "Open" to "Open with Enumerations" for 42 fields
  • Removed Association group duplication from Association Resource fields
  • Removed RepeatingElement references and RETS verbiage from definitions
  • Definition spelling corrections for both fields and lookups
  • Four expansion fields renamed for pluralization consistency
  • Data type corrections on expansion fields

DD 2.0 Changes (2021–2024)

  • Added ArchitecturalStyle field
  • Added showing resources: ShowingAvailability, ShowingAppointment and ShowingRequest
  • Added French Canadian display names
  • Added PropertyTimeZone field
  • Deprecated repeating element [type] fields
  • Deprecated KeyNumeric fields
  • Stricter standard enforcement and certification tooling

DD 1.7 Changes (2017–2021)

  • Added new resources: Queue, Rules, SocialMedia and OtherPhone
  • Added approximately 750 new lookup values
  • Added Spanish Standard Names
  • Renamed PropertyID to UniversalPropertyId
  • Board approved December 2018
