DefinitionThe date that the listing was withdrawn from the market. This is not when a listing contract was canceled or closed, but a withdrawal from the market while the contract between the seller and listing agent is still in effect and an offer has not been accepted. This is the date entered by the agent reflecting when the change occurred contractually, not a timestamp of when the change was made in the MLS.
